Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days (1 week) of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition

With all tags and packaging intact
Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at cutiescrownd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos if needed. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
